Repolishing Policy – Taneez Craft Pieces

We offer repolishing services for your Taneez craft pieces at a rate of Rs. 8 per gram. You may visit your nearest Taneez outlet or request a pickup and delivery service for added convenience.

Please note: Some older or damaged pieces may not be repairable. Our team will attempt repolishing up to two times. If the piece cannot be restored, it will be returned to you and the repolishing fee will be refunded.

We want our customers to know upfront that while we do our best, there is a possibility that certain pieces may not be fixable.
